Louise Wright Fitness
At The Mill we are delighted to have Louise Wright working as a personal trainer.
Hi I’m Louise and have spent the last few years working with primary aged children teaching sport and attending regular after school competitions. Prior to having my own three children I taught regular exercise classes most evenings at private gyms and council venues across Huddersfield.
Family life changed that for many years and has my children grew up I realised I wanted to return to fitness for me. Around 5 years ago I started running locally with friends. This progressed quite quickly into short distances 5k and 10k races. I have now completed a few marathons and more recently 3 ultra marathons.
Having gained my fitness again through running and lifting weights and now my family being older I found myself re training and aspiring to become a personal trainer. I am a qualified run leader and I also attend weekly Taekwondo lessons which is totally out of my comfort zone but a fantastic workout and discipline. I enjoy walking, wild swimming, yoga and cycling but my passion is running and lifting weights in the gym.
My hope is to inspire others to do the same, to enjoy exercise and regain their fitness or improve their fitness for themselves. I provide 1-1 personal training sessions at The Mill but can also come to your home if you have the space but can’t make it to the gym. All sessions are personalised to your needs with individual attention given throughout the session. I also run specific parent and teen personal training sessions for if you want to train together. These sessions are very popular and create a great bonding experience.
In addition to the personal training sessions I offer a HIIT class and a toning class on a Sunday morning.
If you would like any help with any of your fitness goals, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
